OpenNorfolk warms up local restaurants

It was a cold and rainy day in December…

That didn’t slow down the OpenNorfolk team nor local restaurant owners! OpenNorfolk set up at The Plot in Norfolk’s NEON district and distributed portable electric heaters on Wednesday as a continuing effort to support local restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic. Restaurant owners are preparing outdoor cold-weather accommodations to meet the Executive Order requirements issued by Governor Northam.
