We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our collaborative design team at Work Program Architects. You’ll work with architects, interior and urban designers, and a diverse group of consultants on adaptive reuse, higher education, and commercial projects that shape our region’s urban fabric. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and leader who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused studio environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited).

  • 8+ years of professional experience; architectural license required.

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate medium- to large-scale projects.

  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, contracts, and documentation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for urban environments and design that enhances community life.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of a diverse range of commercial and residential projects. You’ll collaborate with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver innovative architectural solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Architectural license preferred but not required.
