A renovation and addition to St. Gregory the Great Catholic School creates a new, identifiable entrance with a canopied drop-off area while expanding the administrative office suite.
The redesigned entrance enhances security by establishing multiple direct visual connections to the school grounds and incorporating a series of secure checkpoints, allowing faculty and staff full control over access. Constructed of steel and glass, the new entry provides a covered area for student pick-up and drop-off, improving both safety and functionality.
Inside, the open administrative area fosters a strong indoor-outdoor connection. The addition is designed to harmonize with the existing school and church, while outdoor benches and planters are thoughtfully scaled for students.
